The red carpet company are really fantastic team, the technician who cleaned my carpets and curtains was brilliant, he tested the carpet to make sure the proper chemicals were to be used I was blown away by the difference it made. I have now re-booked them to come and clean my bedroom carpets, they are truly professional and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Dear Sirs, your representative Steve called with us this morning regarding the cleaning of our lounge suite. My husband and I were extremely impressed with his honest and friendly approach. He answered any questions we had in a pleasant way without any unnecessary “flannel” and did not push us into any extra expenses at this moment but left the door open for further cleaning at a later date giving me, as requested, some idea of cost – the curtains and carpets will probably need attention later on. It is nice to meet a salesperson who is obviously in favour of the product and who is willing to recommend its use to the customer without all the usual pushy tactics a lot of salespersons use today.”
